1) How can exercise the right of return?
The Customer (buyer) has the right to delete the contract within a period of 10 business days from receipt of the products, delivered by Kristall Boutique. In case of exercising of the Right of Return, the Customer is no longer bound by contract and will be repaid all amounts paid under the contract. 2) In which case can I exercise the Right of Return?
The purchases on e-Shop KristallBoutique.com are regulated from Italian Law D. Lgs 22 maggio 1999 n. 185, that regulates the contracts at a distance in the cases in which the delivery of the goods happens to the address of the Customers. If you have a wrong order or you received a product that you had not you return us, within 10 days of receiving the order at your expense. Accept without hesitation the yield of any product, provided in PERFECT CONDITIONS and SEALED and we will refund the full amount (except the costs of packaging and shipping, as required by Italian law).

3) What is the procedure of return goods?
You must return goods in PERFECT CONDITIONS and SEALED within 10 business days from the date of delivery. You must fill Form of return goods and in paper format (to download, click HERE).

4) What is the procedure of charge back?
We will refund the total amount (except the costs of packaging and shipping, as required by Italian law), by wire transfer.

The time for the charge back of your credit card at around 10 working days, but may vary due to the credit that issued your credit card.
